• Oracle Apps Functional Expert- Gurgaon- Minimum two years of IT experience as a Functional Consultant in Support and Maintenance of Oracle ERP Financial modules. The candidate should have strong Oracle Application Functional (R12) knowledge and have proven expertise in Oracle General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management. Experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Self Service HR and Payroll is desirable. Having experience of minimum two Full Life cycle Implementations & Roll Outs. Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills. Technical knowledge in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports will be an added advantage.
• Lead Recruitment Services Consultants- Gurgaon- We seek strategic, results-oriented talent acquisition specialists with a minimum of ten years professional experience. Strong knowledge of social networking tools and recruitment management systems is essential. The successful candidate must have experience in identifying key internal and external constituents and developing consistent candidate pipelines. In addition, demonstrated experience in providing consulting services in the areas of strategic staffing and workforce planning is critical. Must be able to work independently to accomplish complex projects as well as collaborate as part of a close knit team. Strong negotiation skills are essential. Must be flexible to meet the changing demands of a complex organization.

• Pre- Sales Candidate- Telecom Service Provider: Delhi/ Mumbai/ Dubai- Experience level: 8-12 Years, Strong knowledge of telecom based solutions, Excellent communication skills, Provide Pre-Sales Technical Support for activities related to design of various IT solutions for enterprise customer covering Servers (RISC/x86), Storage (SAN/NAS), Operating Systems, Platform software, Enterprise Management etc. Work with sales teams to identify, develop, qualify and close IT infrastructure and services solutions, including architecting complete IT infrastructure solutions with identification of various components, Maintain a high level of knowledge on competing products and technologies. Work closely with sales / marketing team right from the identification of prospect till the deal closure.
• Sales Candidate- Telecom Service Provider: Delhi/ Mumbai/ Dubai- Experience level: 5-10 years, Should have worked with Telecom service provider, Should have experience in selling to the Telecom Service Provider segment, Good Communication skills, Self driven, Energetic & go-getter, Educational Qualification: B.E. / MCA/ M. tech and MBA is an added advantage.
• Program Manager - Telecom Service Provider: Delhi/ Mumbai/ Dubai- Experience level: 12-17 years, Experience of managing project budgets and accountability for program P&L, Customer infrastructure deployment experience, Experience providing solutions to telecom service providers, Experience in managing large scale and complex telecommunication projects and programmes, Project Management certification a strong advantage (PMI, PMP, MSP, APMP, Prince2 etc.), Service Delivery Projects - infrastructure, deployment, hardware, Face to face with customer - able to work at a high level (CxO level).
