Summer Internship Program
Understanding the importance of giving opportunities to youngsters to work in a corporate set up, we have a specially designed Summer Internship Program. We give every intern a chance to work closely with his/her mentor on clearly defined project deliverables, which are assessed regularly. The professional skills of the interns are polished by giving them opportunities to go live meetings, interact with clients and make presentations. Based on their assessments, they are invited to join the Saviance family at the end of the internship.
Management Trainee Program
In a carefully structured manner, the Saviance Management Team screens exceptionally talented and successful management graduates from the top business schools in India. They are then groomed by being inducted into the organization through a meticulously planned immersion program which includes a detailed induction as well as cross functional and specialization stints interspersed with performance reviews that are designed to ensure that the trainee is ready for his / her first job within the company. Both freshers and candidates with work experience are considered for this program.
