    Job Description:

    The Inside Sales representative would be required to meet internal targets on Cold calling, Developing customer contacts and relationships and setting up meetings in opportunity areas. This person will also run marketing campaigns either directly or for specific events. This person would be required to handle the US market for Enterprise research services. The Inside Sales representative will work cooperatively with Sales Team, Account managers in US to develop business.

    This person would have to work during US hours.

    Candidate Location:
    • Position will be based at Saviance Global Headquarters in Gurgaon, India
    • The candidate will need to work US timings – 1730 hours – 0230 hours, Monday to Friday
    Responsibilities:
    • Generate new leads and opportunities for Saviance Technologies
    • Analyze potential clients and identify key contacts for relevant Saviance product/service offering, using existing databases, online directories, bidding portals to create and maintain potential lead Database
    • Pitch to Prospects/Customers on various Saviance’s Software products & Services (Application Development, Mobility, and Analytics).Educate customers / Prospects on Saviance services
    • Carry call targets, Meeting targets, Opportunity Targets, RFX targets and finally closure targets.
    • Run event and in house campaigns from time to time
    • Follow up aggressively with prospects/ Customers to close business
    • Ability to develop marketing messages and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients
    • Work with Sales and Pre Sales team to enable deal closures
    • Stay current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors. Support Sales team in preparing for client meetings
    • Prepare Minutes of the meeting and report analysis
    • Identify various IT networking events that the company may benefit from attending
    • Present a professional image at all times to Prospects/Customers
    • Maintain Proficiency in using personal computers, data entry and other common office equipment and software
    • Drive customer traffic to events, online Saviance websites etc
    • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
    • Work with SME / Solutions group to present solutions to customers. Engage the SME and generate the right presentations to the customers
    Education & Experience:
    • Graduation/Post-graduation in Business, Marketing Discipline
    • Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant work experience conducting Inside Sales in US geography for Health care IT products and services
    • Prior experience of conducting lead generation activities in the US is essential
    • Knowledge/experience in Microsoft technologies, such as SharePoint, .NET is desirable
    • Understanding of basic technological concepts
