Sanjiv SoodVice President & CIO

Sanjiv Sood, Vice President and CIO, Saviance Technologies has over twenty five years of experience in IT Industry in companies like Sapient, NIIT and Engineers India Ltd. He also has past entrepreneurial experience for a decade as founder and director of a software company. Sanjiv has rich domain and solutioning experience across technology platforms and has worked to define IT strategy and shape strategic initiatives. Sanjiv has been the Global Lead of the IT (Enterprise Applications) team at Sapient, where he managed teams of over150 people and budgets of USD 10 million in direct costs. His area of expertise is in Program and Delivery Management, Quality Systems, Process Excellence, Capital Markets and Financial Information Systems.

He has a Bachelor of Technology (Honours) Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur.

Gurudas SarkarChief Executive Officer - IT Consulting

Gurudas Sarkar is the CEO - IT Consulting at Saviance Technologies, US. He has more than 20 years of global experience in IT and has held several Sr. Executive positions including COO of South East Asia operations of Net Guru/Research Engineers (a publicly traded company at NASDAQ). As a part of the executive management team, he has spearheaded several M & A deals, dealt with investor relations including Goldman Sachs and has played an instrumental role in raising capital through secondary market offerings in US. He has served as a member of the board of directors of several public listed companies in India. He has been on the board of governors for PDSIT, a school of IT under Bengal Engineering College Deemed University. He has acted as strategic advisor to multiple start-ups & established companies globally across diverse industries.

Gurudas has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Calcutta, MBA from NIPM & is a fellow at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Arjun MahajanVice President - Sales

Arjun, Vice President - Sales at Saviance possesses extensive experience in IT Consulting, Business Development, Client Relationship Management and Software Project Implementations in the US geography. He has been instrumental in establishing new clients for our Products and Services in both India and the US. His pro-active approach in dealing with clients not only brings their goals to fruition but more importantly a great return on their business investments.

Arjun is an alumnus of Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune and a current Follow at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is also the recipient of the Rising Star award at Saviance Technologies. On the personal front, Arjun is an avid golfer.

Rajiv TarafdarChief Operating Officer - IT Consulting

Rajiv Tarafdar, COO - IT Consulting at Saviance Technologies, is an incisive and result oriented professional with over 16 years of prolific experience. Rajiv is a multifunctional expert with a strong track record in leading successful teams in Domestic & Global Staffing, Vendor Management, Human Resources, Operations & Sales and Business development. A highly-skilled and business-savvy professional with a career reflecting strong leadership skills coupled with a team based management style, Rajiv has worked with Elixir Web Solutions, Kelly Services, Rose International, Coachieve Solutions and ITIL.

He has a PGDBM in Marketing from GHSIMR, Kanpur.

Sapna TangriRegional Director

Sapna Tangri, Regional Director at Saviance Technologies is a seasoned business development professional. Her wide global experience in Sales & Marketing and Business Development extends from the United States, India and South Africa. A people's person, Sapna has a strong background in building and nurturing relationships with professional associations and clients. Prior to joining Saviance, she has spearheaded and managed education centres and effectively handled positions of key responsibilities.

In her spare time Sapna pursues her passion for Hindustani classical music and is a trained singer.

Harish NaiduVice President - Operations

Harish Naidu,Vice President - Operations at Saviance Technologies, US brings with him over 23 years of professional experience in the software industry at companies including Software Research Group, STS Software, Globalsoft Solutions, Global Softtech Solutions, Sagient Solutions. His well-rounded experience comes from him working at multiple hierarchical levels such as business development manager, sales manager, marketing executive, vice president and CEO. Harish also possesses extensive experience in running a Software Training Institute.

Rahul KaulVice President- User Experience

Rahul Kaul, Vice President – (UX) User Experience at Saviance is an experienced professional in the specialized areas such as Information Architecture, Usability & Heuristic Analysis, User Research, Analytics, User Personas & Profiles and Interface Design. With over 17 years of experience of leading teams in User Experience, Rahul is involved closely with both creative and technology teams at Saviance to ensure high quality solutions from a UX and technology perspective. He possesses thorough experience in serving clients across different sectors such as Healthcare, e-Commerce, e-Learning, Web Design, Portal Development, Product Development, Community Network Applications, Social Media and Job Portals.

Before joining Saviance, Rahul has worked with J.Walter Thompson (JWT), Paypal (an ebay company), Naukri.com, Sulekha.com, Sapphire Webtech, Primsoft Inc. and Netcradle India. Rahul has a Bachelor’s in Science degree in Visual Communications and is trained in User Centre Design, Creativity and Innovation, Typography, etc. from IIT Mumbai, IIM Calcutta and HFI.

Anjali PratapVice President - Human Resources

Anjali Pratap, Vice President, Human Resources, Saviance Technologies, brings with her over 15 years of extensive experience in the Human Resources domain. Her range of expertise covers successful client management, relationship building, as well as planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Anjali possesses deep domain experience in recruitment for all levels of an organization and in her previous tenure with Saviance Technologies, she was instrumental in developing a 5 member team to a 150 employee strong organization.

Before working with Saviance she has also worked with FORE Alumni Network, Cyber World, Pyramid Consulting, and Hindustan Times. An alumna of the Fore School of Management, Delhi and Miranda House, Delhi, Anjali is actively involved in the MGD Guild. She is also passionate about Animal Rights and is an active member of SPICMACAY.

Jatin MahajanAssistant Vice President - International Business & Investor Relations

Jatin holds a dual role at Saviance. He is Assistant Vice President - International Business and Manager - Investor Relations. With an impressive experience in the IT and Banking industries, Jatin has been handling key portfolios such as Corporate Strategy, Business Planning and International Business Development in both the US and Indian geographies. Prior to Saviance, Jatin garnered invaluable experience with Oriental Bank of Commerce.

Jatin is alumnus of Apeejay School of Management, Delhi and of Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar. In his spare time, Jatin loves to travel and explore new places.
