SharePoint 2010 Migration Project Manager

Technical Skills Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing global migration from SharePoint 2010 platform to SharePoint / Office 365 platform, from start to finish
- Candidate must manage the day-to-day execution of the project, facilitate resolution of issues
- Work closely with the Stream Lead, Business Owner(s), and IT Owner(s)
- Oversee the technical aspects of the migration throughout the life of the project
- Help determine and revalidate the project .F N"s size, scope, and required artefacts
- Conduct user workshops for the purpose of gathering requirements
- Gather, organize and manage the project N"s requirements.
- Develop the project plan, pilot and rollout phases including source data assessment and remediation, migration readiness tracking, etc.
- Create, organize and manage appropriate project deliverables
- Conduct analytical studies, cost-benefit analyses, and other supporting research as required
- Assess, report and track the project plan, risk register, budget, schedules, resources, etc.
- Determine resources needed - including internal and external resources
- Vendor management, as required
- Coordinate changes needed to implement the project
- Weekly status reporting to stakeholders
- Assist technical teams (Infrastructure teams, development teams, O365 teams) during the rollout
