Sr. Software Engineer- .NET

  5-7 years of relevant .Net development experience as Tech Lead
  Role and Responsibilities:

  The candidate will be responsible to develop public facing websites/applications for a US based client. The candidate must demonstrate considerable experience in developing websites/application on .NET.
  Technical skills required:

  • Must have strong OOPS, OOAD, Design Pattern concepts
  • Strong experience in developing software systems using MS C#, .NET 4.0 or higher
  • Good knowledge of MS MVC Framework, Razor scripting, MS Entity Framework 4 or higher
  • Sound knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 2/3
  • Strong RDBMS concept, excellent SQL query (T-SQL) writing ability
  • Expert in Java Script/JQuery, AJAX
  Soft skills required:

  • Good communication and client interaction skills
  • Should be able to independently conduct a conversation with clients and understand their preferences
  Desired (not mandatory) skills, if any:

  • UML, high level design, low level design
  • Strong understanding of WCF and Web services, REST
  • Prior experience of working with US clients
  • Should have worked on public facing websites
  • Knowledge of XSLT will be an added advantage
