    Job Description:

    Saviance Technologies’ Mobility Practice is growing at a very fast rate and we are looking to hire a Mobile Solutions Architect to join our team to help drive our mobility solution offering for our global clients. As a Principal-level Solutions Architect, you will translate client requirements into solutions that will create value for Saviance and our clients, manage small Saviance teams, nurture client relationships, and serve as a Mobility subject matter expert to members within the company.

    Who We're Looking For:
    • 15+ years of consulting, advisory or professional services experience
    • Ability to provide technical leadership, project guidance, and business development in various mobile technology areas
    • Ability to advice business and technology delivery leadership on how to translate the client’s mobile business requirements into mobile technology solutions
    • Ability to provide thought leadership for best practices and new/emerging concepts in the areas of mobile application, mobile devices and OS, mobile middleware platforms
    • Demonstrated project management experience which includes project planning, project execution, issue/risk management and resource management/allocation
    • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor employees
    • Bachelor's Degree or higher with Computer Science
    • Should have previous experience in managing and engaging direc US Clients
    • Initial location would be at Gurgaon, near New Delhi but ultimately looking to settle in the US in next one year time
    What You Will Do:
    • Define enterprise and consumer mobile applications and solutions during the opportunity stage
    • Own and lead initiatives to define, design and implement mobile solutions which includes reference architectures, estimates, and costing
    • Help evolve the methodology and estimators used for mobile solutions
    • Work as part of an integrated sales and delivery team to participate in orals and other client meetings to explain the solution approach
    • Assess mobile technology choices to determine fit, including software, hardware, etc.
    • Develop partnerships and relationships within the organization, as well as with clients, partners and other vendors
    • Drive your career and become a technology executive through clearly defined expectations, mentorship from Vice Presidents, and frequent opportunities for advancement
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge and expertise through active participation in training and development programs, review of professional publications, access to personal networks, participating in professional organizations
    • Mentor junior colleagues by providing career development goals, meeting regularly, writing and deliver semi-annual reviews, and advocating for their career advancement
    • Support company growth by building and maintaining a strong professional network as well as contributing to the recruitment of new employees
    • Actively represent our culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service and team building
